These rates include the rental of Villa Baia in its entirety with access to the complex's swimming pool, two private and secure parking spaces, as well as linens and towels for all guests and personalized management of your arrival.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are not allowed on the property. The rooms do not have disabled access.

 

The deposit of €2,000 is due at least 7 days before your arrival and will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure.

 

A discount of €200 is granted for stays of 14 nights or more.

 

Payment and cancellation conditions:

- 50% of the total amount is due upon reservation; the balance is due at least 30 days before your arrival.

- Cancellation 30 days or less before the start of your stay will result in a full payment of the stay.

- Cancellation from 31 days before the start of your stay will result in a payment of 50% of the total amount of your stay.
